When I was the Chief Architect/Director at 1:2:4 Designs Pvt Ltd, we were invited to take part in an exclusive competition for Designing a Conceptual Master Plan for a 100 Hectare Land by the Red See for Palace Complex by the authorities of United Arab Emirates . Our presentation was completed with fully free hand drawn layouts and perspectives and we were given a second trip to Saudi Arabia to submit more detailed idea of the concept proposed and our ideas were taken as novel and creative.

Dragon Palace Temple in Nagpur

When I was the Chief Architect/Director at 1:2:4 Designs Pvt Ltd, we were invited to submit a Conceptual Master Plan for an extension to the existing Buddhist temple complex named Dragon Palace in Nagpur India by the management authority of the temple trust fund.

We have developed the conceptual master plan and delegated the professional assignment to the Indian Architect Appointed by the Temple Trust Fund .

When I was the Chief Architect/Director at 1:2:4 Designs Pvt Ltd, we were invited to submit a Architectural Design Master Plan on a Land in Guna Ken in Japan by the International Pelpola Vipassi Foundation in 2005.
